Kid say the darnedest things.
This being LA, the monkey's wanted to go to sushi for lunch. Luckily, there is a chain of sushi places in Southern California called Kabuki Sushi. It's the kind of place that has crayons and activity books for kids. It's the kind of place where I don't mind making a mess on the table tops or the kids being noisy (within reason of course).
The little monkey was clowning around and the husband says to her, "Stop playing".
Her response - "I'm not playing. I'm fooling around".
She is DEFINITELY his daughter ;)
We ordered the kids chicken teriyaki specials. They ended up eating most of our California roll with baked scallop on top, part of our spicy scallop hand roll and 2 orders of unagi (eel).
They are DEFINITELY my daughters ;)

So you're saying the apple doesn't fall far from the sarcastic tree huh?
Your monkeys are too cute
They learn quick!
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree...
I introduced my kid to wussy sushi. that is sushi with no raw fish. Either way, it's expensive and she LOVES IT!
