Today. I am tired. I went to work. I came home. I exercised. I helped with homework. I am lying here trying to motivate to take a shower. I am lying here trying to motivate not to eat any sweets or yummy french bread.
I am taking every minute as it comes. Hopefully, I won't fall asleep right here with my workout clothes still on, on top of my bed.
I wish I could snap my fingers and be showered and energized.
That's not likely.

Girl....I am so with you.
Sometimes the hot shower relaxes you and allows you to sleep even more soundly.
Get through today (Thursday) then tomorrow (Friday) and then girl you need to treat yourself to a day on nothing on the weekend, really and truly NOTHING. Give it a try. Just once in a great while, I have to stop, and veg, I mean, really do nothing, sounds like you need a NOTHING day. GOT IT!!!
The motivation to shower sometimes is one of the hardest ones to work up.
Once I get in the shower, I am always like "ahhhh", but then again I only make it there 50% of the times when I have trouble summoning the energy...the rest of the time I smell.
Candy - Hopefully, this weekend went better for you than for we with motivation.
LL - I did end up taking one and slept better from no longer being stiy and stinky ;)
Lucy - Yeah, that didn't really happen this weekend. Maybe next month ;)
Crazy K - I guess I'm not the only one who sometimes goes to sleep stinky.
