Bloggy Love

I have a huge hedache, and like a baby I refuse to take anything for it. It's probably due to the huge amounts of novacaine that was shot in to the left side of my mouth (deep cleanings are sooo much fun - she says with sarcasm).

I came home tonight trying to push aside the headache to figure out what to blog about (I swear I had like 5 topics to talk about - fascinating ones like why the monkeys' have a fascination with showing their butt's to each other).

Thankfully you can all be spared because I received some bloggy love - my first award to be exact.

Abby is a new bloggy friend who has a really cute son and made the most mouth watering sounding Ooey Gooey Brownies!

The award states "This blog invests and believes the PROXIMITY - nearness in space, time and relationships! These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers! Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award."

I am passing it on to the following bloggers (who can pass it on, or can choose not to):

Ann's Rants: Confessions of a Work Week Widow

Culture Crack

I Need a Martini Mom

Janana Bee

Moms Without Blogs

The Life of Sass

Kim and Co.

Jiggety Jigg

Oh Julia - thank you. You know I think you rule and well, I think in '09 we're gonna have to plan our first meeting. It's getting to be around that time where it's getting ridiculous. I mean, I know the 405 is separating us....but I'll tackle the Sepulveda Pass to meet you. : - )

Thank you so much for the award! How exciting! By the way, I would give the award the award back to you if it didn't feel redundant!
