More infomercials!

So, I was watching "The City" (um, wow! This is even more scripted than "The Hills") the other day and the most, how do I put this, "interesting" commercial came on the air.

The commercial was for a products called Bumpits. The commercial just cracked me up.

It is a piece of PLASTIC you put in your hair which creates a "bump" in your hair. My favorite part is a side product called the "Hollywood Bumpit"

I'm just imagining scenarios where I would put this thing in my hair, my husband would try to run his fingers through my hair and get stuck on it. Or I would forget it's in my hair, fall asleep and bore one of the "teeth" in to my head.

Any more "fun" applications you can think of for this item? Does anyone have one? What do you think? Does it really work? Have you hurt yourself?????

LOL, the hairstyles look very 60s - are they doing those styles again? I can kind of understand the name - but surely they could have thought of a more appropriate one - that one has certain 'connotations'.

Man, if I was still going to clubs and doing the dancing scene, I could see swinging my head around in a dance and that thing flying off....

Deb - Whitney is a very smart, level-headed young lady. But her bou friend is a douche bag :)

I could totally see getting sweaty in the bar and having it fall on the floor! Good call!

'When removing, be gentle. Never pull hard. Gentle!' Good thing the instructions come with pictures! My mind started floating off in the wrong direction.

Keri and Jason - good call. It does sound dirty when you think about it!

So this is the secret.I always wondered how the cuties in Hollywood got their hair so full of volume in the back/crown area.
