Blame it on the Teeth

For the first time in a long time, I didn't work out on a Monday. In fact, the last time I worked out was Wednesday night.

I'm telling myself that I shouldn't over exert myself so soon (5 days, but who's counting) after getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Of course, it doesn't matter that I was up and on my feet all of Saturday and Sunday, right?

Tonight I picked up the monkeys, came home, entertained their friends (and my friend - their mom), and since 8:30pm have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING (except play that damn Bouncing Balls game on Facebook).

Tomorrow I will get back on the horse - exercise wise; because I know if I don't - 5 days can stretch to 10, can stretch to 20, etc...

But tonight - I'm just chillin :)

I've been exercising again. And I feel so much better.

But I fully agree that taking a break after wisdom teeth coming out is a good idea. ;)

It is so easy to not go back to working out after a few days off.

Good idea to listen to your gut. If you think it is too soon after the wisdom teeth being pulled...

it probably is. Take it easy a little more.
