I don't always eat well. Sometime I eat CRAP, but usually there is at least one redeeming food that I eat.
To recap my day:
In the morning - 5 bites of leftover scrambled eggs and hot dog
In the afternoon - Pear Almond Tart
Chips and Salsa
Frosting off of a birthday cake for a co-worker
In the Evening - 2 chicken wings
2 fried chicken tenders
Sweet potato fries
1 glass of Chardonnay
I think I win the prize for most unhealthiest eating in a single day!! Woo Hoo!
